Unitized Wellhead System

Unitized Wellhead System provides for rig time savings and increased safety by allowing multiple casing and tubing strings to be run, landed and sealed through the BOP stack without a nipple down. Although available in a number of different system configurations, all standard Unitized Wellhead Systems use metal seal packoffs to create a metal-to-metal seal in critical annuli.

Designed for Flexibility and Integrity

Designed to perform throughout the field life, the Unitized Wellhead offers replaceability of its seal components as well as its wellhead housing. As a result, the system can at any time be repaired, replaced, or upgraded without disturbing the integrity of the production casing string.

Specific Features Make the Difference

· Casing hangers and packoff seals are installed through the BOP, saving valuable rig time.

· All packoffs are torque set, eliminating the need for lockscrews.

· All packoff and annular seals are tested externally.

· The number of external leak paths has been reduced to a minimum.

· Retrievable landing shoulder eliminates the need to stack internal components, thus eliminating the need to maintain critical stack heights.

· Retrievable landing shoulder allows maximum hanging capacity for each casing or tubing string independent of subsequent or previous casing strings.

· Universal Speed Clamp connections facilitate fast, easy installation with a minimum of torque required.

· Main wellhead connections are designed to be bending load and shear load resistant.

· System can be adapted to jack-up drill-ing and tieback applications utilizing adjustable mandrel hangers.

· Considerable height savings are achieved.

· Emergency slip type casing hangers are available for all casing strings.

· Comes standard with resilient seal packoffs in noncritical annuli.
