SureSeal Model N Gate Valve incorporates a rising balanced stem with an expanding gate design to provide safe, dependable service in a variety of environments. It is available in flanged ends in standard bore sizes from 1-13/16” through 4-1/16”. Service conditions can be met with a variety of standard and special trims.

Full-Bore Through Conduit Design

· Maximizes valve life.

· Does not restrict flow, thus turbulence and pressure drop are virtually eliminated.

Expanding Gate

· Creates a positive mechanical seal across the seats with or without line pressure.

· Isolates the body cavity from bore pressure in both the open and closed position.

Metal-to-Metal Seals

· Create the most reliable sealing technology because they are stable, environmentally resistant, and thermally insensitive.

In-line Repairability

· Seats, gate assembly, stem, and other working parts are easily replaced and packing re-energized in the field.

· Dual bonnet design allows greater accessibility to the body cavity for gate and seat replacement.

Lubrication

· Reduces torque, potential corrosion, and collection of solids that could damage the valve or restrict flow.

· Seats can be independently lubricated through external seat grease fitting.

· Gate guides act as skirts to retain body lubricants and protect gate surface.

Balanced Stem Design

· Minimizes load on bearings and stem threads resulting in consistently lower operating torque.

Extended Stem Lift

· Stem threads are located outside the body cavity and away from well bore fluids.

· Stem nut material is ideal for gall resistance material.

Acutators

· Valves can be adapted for use with a variety of actuators with the installation of slip fit seats and a slab style gate.

Note: The valve is also available with slip fit seats and expanding gate. This combination supplies a resilient body/seat interface seal.
