LG-FB Full Bore (Packerless) Tubing Hanger

LG-FB Full Bore Tubing Hanger is a revolutionary new design in tubing hangers. Its full opening, multi landing shoulder split cage design permits a string of production tubing to be run through a frac tree, under pressure, after the frac job has been completed.

The hanger is landed in a special design attachment installed between the existing tubing head and the frac tree, eliminating the need for special rental adapters and large bore blow out preventer stack. The hanger’s multiple landing shoulder split cage is designed to allow the hanger to be lifted from the fully landed position, reciprocated, and then re-landed without the need of replacing shear pins or any other type of triggering mechanism.

With the well under control the frac tree is removed, production tree installed, and the well cleaned up and placed on line.

The LG-FB Tubing Hanger exhibits its full money saving potential during the production life of the well by allowing the well to be continuously chemically treated through the tubing annulus while not interrupting the production of the well.
