Adapter Flange for Non-Continuous Control Lines

The EWC-WBENTubing Hanger is a medium to heavy capacity mandrel hanger. This economical design is simple and easy to install.

· Annular Seal is lockscrew energized and not affected by tubing weight.

· Three seals on the tubing hanger neck isolate either one or two DHCV lines.

· Lift threads for lowering the tubing hanger through the BOP stack are available in standard tubing sizes and threads or premium threads upon request.

· No special running tools are required.

· Installation is quick and easy without awkward manipulation of the tree.

· A threaded type H back pressure valve preparation is furnished. However, special BPV preparation can be provided upon request.

W2S0 Adapter Flange

· Top and bottom connections are available in many sizes, but are normally configured with a flanged bottom and studded top.

· Downhole control valve ports can be arranged for one or two control lines and be machined in 1/2” API line pipe thread or Autoclave thread for 15,000 psi.

· Separate test fittings are provided to verify the flange connection, hanger annulus packoff and lower isolation neck seal integrity.
